Traditionally held in June or July, our 16th annual Wounded Warriors Golf Tournament was held on June 29, 2024. Check back soon for details about our 17th annual summer 2025 tournament, which we hope to schedule also for late June. Our traditional shotgun start is scheduled for 8:30am; we hope to continue that tradition in 2025 at the beautiful Kingsmill Plantation or River Course in Williamsburg.

The tournament is Captain’s Choice. Prizes will be awarded for the longest drive* and closest-to-the-pin on designated holes, with separate contests for wounded warrior participants. Mulligans and up to four “gimme” putts per team (purchased at registration, for putts within 20 ft.) are permitted at any time, but teams must maintain an appropriate pace of play. The maximum score for any hole is a double bogey. Each team must use a minimum of three drives from each team member. Snacks, Lunch, and a Gift Bag are included with each registration, and each registrant receives a ticket for the event’s multiple raffle prizes.

As we did in the previous two years, Wintergreen Adaptive Sports plans to assemble a special “Taste of Williamsburg”* prize package for the long drive contest, in memory of our friend and longtime tournament supporter John Flynn.
